3. You do not need a website to join. But if you do have a site, you must put an image code on your site, where it has a permanent place and can be sited.

4. Absolutely no porn, hate, offensive, or anything like that will be accepted as a site. I normally check the sites, and so if I find yours to be anything of that matter, then I will not list your site on the members list. Only your name and email.
